Mike, at Northland Hyundai is who I've been dealing with whenever I go, and he's been great! He's always welcoming, professional, thorough and informative. He asks you if you have any questions, or if you need anything clarified. The staff that I've encountered while at Hyundai, have all been welcoming and professional. The lady who drives you home if your vehicle is going to be a bit, has been great as well. I brought my Santa Cruz in to get the oil changed, and to receive a fix on a recall notice, and they informed me of a 2nd recall issue, and fixed that one as well. They also gave me a complimentary truck wash, and she's sparkling again, and they also vacuumed inside! Love their service, the quality and the respect shown. I'll only be taking my truck here going forward. You can't beat the service here!

Went in to view a Hyundai Santa Fe that I saw online only to find out that it was sold already. Went here to look for my very first car and had Braiden assist me with it. He was very, very accommodating and he really listened to what I wanted and needed for a car and my ideal budget for it. And he suggested the car that I have now. He was very patient at explaining every spec of the car as I have no car knowledge. And the for the last few months, it has been going really good. Have no complains. And their free coffee's definitely a plus :)
